Week 14 Update

After solving Sonny’s riddle, our Little Rockers headed to the ice to “take their stuffed animals for a ride”. It’s not easy to slide and balance without a rock! They also learned that they have to listen to the skip to know when to brush. They finished the day with a little game of two and two where they learned how to use the scoreboard. Well done Little Rockers!

The Bantam curlers began the day by taking their stuffed animals for a ride without hurting them by allowing them to touch the ice. Well done Bantams! After working on their push from the hack , they had an opportunity to develop their game skills by playing a couple of ends. Their game play is improving with every rock!

Our Junior curlers began the day by using their great balance skills to successfully deliver their stuffed animals to their coaches. Then, they went to work at improving their line of delivery skills. Everyone got to throw, brush, skip and call line during our bowling drill where they made almost 50% of the takeouts they attempted! Great work Juniors!
