Week 7 - Nov. 29, 2014
The Little Rockers continue to work on their push from the hack. This week they added the “papa bear” push, which allowed them to get the stone to the ghost rings.
All curlers had the opportunity to play skip and “call the shot”! Well done Little Rockers!
The Bantam curlers were most impressive this week! They continue to refine their deliveries and were able to slide successfully between two cones separated by the width of the button! They also had the opportunity to play a three end game. Everyone had the chance to skip and the Bantams learned that it is quite a different perspective for the skip!
The Juniors hosted a bonspiel today! They had a great time using their skills in game situations and they met many wonderful new curling friends from Winkler and Morden. All curlers received a goodie bag and a prize for their outstanding sportsmanship and shot making!
