Adult Non-Member Waiver Submission
If you are wanting to sign-up to play in an AMCC league - please stop and read the paragraph below.
Please do not complete this registration process if you will be signing up to play full-time in any AMCC league. Also note that completing this process does not sign you up for any AMCC leagues (please see the "league sign-up" instructions on our home page).
This event is used by persons 18 years of age and older to satisfy waiver sign-off requirements. It is to be used by AMCC curlers and ice shed guests (coaches, volunteers) who have not signed up as paid full-time league members. Paid 5th / 6th players should not use this process - please instead see the "League sign-up" links presented after you log in to the AMCC website with your account.
It only needs to be completed once per person, per season. An AMCC website account is not required. Please indicate the name of the event / purpose you are completing waivers for in the "Comments" field of the form.
For persons unable to complete the online process using a personal mobile device, paper sign-off may be provided in the lounge of Club Manager's office. A $5 service fee will be assessed for the use of paper waivers.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart Recipient
We are excited to share that AMCC has been selected by @CTJumpstart to receive a grant from their Sport Relief Fund. The fund helps community sport organizations like ours continue to provide access to sport and play for Canadian kids.
Jumpstart funds will be utilized in direct support of our Youth Curling Program which will be expanded to include a fully certified head Instructor, clinicians as required and some additional equipment. The Program will focus on Youth from all Demographics and backgrounds as well as the potential to include the disabled.
