DESCRIPTION:For the second year in a row, the AMCC team of Michelle Montford, Lisa DeRi
 viere, Sara Van Walleghem and Sarah Neufeld captured the MCT Championship h
 eld in Dauphin by virtue of a very narrow defeat over club mate Joelle Brow
 n and her team (Allyssa Calvert, Erika Sigurdson and Lindsay Baldock). In a
 ddition to winning some cash, both teams also earned berths in the Provinci
 al Scotties Tournament of Hearts where they will be joined by the Barb Spen
 cer team also from the AMCC. Special mention to Beth Peterson (Fort Rouge /
  AMCC) for a very respectable semi final finish in spite of playing the ent
 ire event with only three curlers.\nMontford, Brown and Spencer have confir
 med their entry in the MCT Ladies Open January 7-10, 2016 at the AMCC. They
  will be joined by other high level teams as they attempt to win some cash 
 and MCT / CTRS points while preparing for the Provincial Scotties. Club mem
 bers, guests, and friends of curling are strongly encouraged to take in the
  action (draw TBA).\n
