The Board is accepting proposals for leasing the restaurant area of Assiniboine Memorial Curling Club.
The Lessee is expected to operate the restaurant on the days and hours as designated by the club. The Lessee shall also ensure that the operations of the restaurant are fully functional at times required for special events such as bonspiels.
Must provide the club with a current Food-Handling Certificate for the duration of the contract.
Responsible for all personnel required to provide food services to the club membership.
